Current/New Idea...

Can this just go to the new client portal now?
For new clients, they can call or contact us, we can set them up with an account, and they can book that way?

We want to get away from having multiple ways to book things and need to funnel it all through FullFrame (or however we plan to handle bookings)

Old idea...

Use the current form, make a new one, or something. Need updated form to fill out for new services menus and maybe some more info. Can any of this be integrated into the new platform software we're looking at?

Need to have booking expectations here, along with any release/signed forms in PDF customers can download. Need to have hours of operation expectations, and turnaround time expectations here as well.   Kind of a "what to expect". 

Maybe also have the realtor checklist here too? Redo checklist, put into sections (interior (lights, floors, windows, carpets, dust, counter tops, wall plugs) and Exterior (lawn, pickup sticks and big leaves, pickup hose, garbage cans, sweep porch(s), etc.) and whatever else.
